Accommodation in hotels of various price categories in the vicinity of the conference centre and in the city centre has been reserved.

Participants can book their hotel rooms online or by means of the Hotel Reservation Form. Please note that hotel accommodation is subject to availability and will be limited after 14 March 2012.

 Please note the following:

• Bookings are only possible against full payment by credit card upon reservation.
• Payment by credit card is mandatory.

          Congrex Travel will send you a secured payment link and confirmation/invoice upon receipt of your booking.

• For Internet bookings, after 14 March 2012 hotel accommodation is as well subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Please complete the Hotel Reservation Form and return the signed form to Congrex Travel AG as soon as possible but not later than 14 March 2012. After this date requests will still be accepted, however, hotel accommodation is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

 A deposit of € 175 per reservation is requested. The following forms of payment are accepted:

• Bank transfer to the account of Congrex Travel at UBS AG, 4002 Basel, Switzerland, account No. 595.400.60G, IBAN No. CH95 0023 3233 5954 0060G, BIC UBSWCHZH80A

• Credit card payment: Please fill in your credit card details and Congrex Travel will send you a secured payment link and confirmation/invoice upon receipt of your booking.

Upon receipt of the deposit, each participant will receive a final confirmation with an invoice. Full payment has to be made to Congrex Travel AG by 14 March 2012.

 

If your hotel reservation is cancelled before 14 March 2012, the amount will be refunded less € 60 handling fee. If your reservation is cancelled 14 March 2012, or if you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds can be made.

  

Any change of reservation will be subject to a handling fee of € 30. Changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to Congrex Travel AG, Basel. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

 

During the conference, Congrex Travel AG will be present at a counter of the Conference Secretariat.
